I've been remodeling homes in Seattle for over 30 years. I began in high school as an apprentice to a New England Craftsman. I graduated from the University of Washington School of Architecture in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design. And started my own company in 1979.
I enjoy the challenge and creative opportunities inherent in remodeling. The pleasure that comes from helping people achieve their dream living environments never fades.
I believe it is important to be hands on, I do all my own work. As a General Contractor I will co-ordinate and manage other trades, such as electrical or plumbing. I'm personally on the jobsite each day and my years of experience insure work by all parties progresses smoothly and is done exceptionally.
Your remodel is my primary focus, from concept design to finish trim. I do only one project at a time, this means disruption of your space is kept to a minimum.
My years of experience and attention to detail combined with wonderful modern materials and up to date techniques insure an efficient and cost effective remodel. One that will enhance your living space, add great value to your home and give years of pleasure to you and your family.
